This Payment Policy applies to all purchases made through davinadavidson.com. By completing a purchase you agree to the terms set out below.

When Payment is Due

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase for all products available on this Website, including books, digital downloads, and self-paced programs.

For one-to-one mentoring, coaching sessions, and speaking engagements, payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement or confirmed at the time of booking.

Payment Methods

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The payment methods available to you will be determined by Stripe based on your location and their current policies. We do not store your payment card details.

Pricing

All prices listed on this Website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of your purchase is the price you will be charged.

Discounts & Promotional Offers

Any applicable discounts or promotional pricing will be applied at the point of checkout. Discount codes must be entered at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital products and personalised services, all sales are generally final. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

- You have experienced a genuine technical issue that prevented access to a purchased product and which we have been unable to resolve

- A session or service was not delivered due to circumstances on our end

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to [email protected] with a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.

Refunds are not available for change of mind, partial completion of a program, or where a significant portion of the content has already been accessed.

Late Payments

For services invoiced separately (such as extended mentoring arrangements), payment is due on the date specified in your invoice. Where payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to pause or suspend services until the account is brought current.

Receipts & Invoices

A receipt will be issued automatically upon completion of your purchase. If you require a formal tax invoice, please contact us at [email protected].
